WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All orders will be typically be shipped within 3-7 business days of receipt unless otherwise specified at checkout, on your order confirmation or via email. We ship primarily via USPS in the USA with tracking and offer UPS w/ tracking globally. If you would like to use another shipping option, please contact Customer Service to help you with checking out.
VAT (outside USA)
Kindly note that you will be responsible for all "value added tax" fees for purchases made herein that your country may require by law.

As an esthetician owned brand, we want to ensure that you are getting the most out of your multi-tasking products. Should you have any questions or concerns, kindly let us know here so that we may assist you in optimizing your purchase. Our line is truly unique, so a little additional info can go a long way in making a BIG difference!
It's important to note that our products are created to work optimally (post cleansing) as stand-alone products or in tandem within our PbAO range. If being used with other highly-active products such as Vitamin C serums, Retinol, etc, you may need to separate or omit their usage to avoid sensitivity or adverse outcomes.

We're sorry you aren't madly in love with your PbAO products! Should they prove unsatisfactory for any reason, within 30 day of receipt, just head over to our Contact Page to initiate a refund.
Your order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment (*less the handling + return shipping label fee). Please note, your original shipping charges are non-refundable.
*Kindly note that all returns will have a $9 handling + $8 return shipping label fee deducted from amount refunded.

WHAT ARE ACTIVE ORGANICS?
Active organics are "dead" biological matter that provide nutrients to living organisms. Think of it as a mix of organic vitamin-rich ingredients mixed into a nourishing smoothie for your skin.
WHAT IS VIOLET GLASS?
Violet Glass, aka Miron glass, has outstanding proof of being able to preserve substances contained within for long periods of time.
